Returns & Exchanges

At Heidi's, we hope that you will be in love with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of eligible items by mail or in store within 30 days of shipment date. Any shipping costs associated with the original order are not refunded. For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the processing of your return/exchange.

*Please note that all Coquette items are final sale and not subject for return/exchange.


  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and with all original manufacturer tags attached
  • Items marked “Sale”, “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return/exchange
  • For hygienic purposes, any bodily fluids left on a garment will not be accepted for return or exchange
  •  Return/Exchange is received by us within 30 days of original shipment date
  •  Items purchased with an offer or promo code will be considered "Sale" / "Final Sale" and will not be available for return/exchange

Merchandise may not be accepted and your credit will be forfeited if tags are missing or garments are damaged, soiled or altered. Heidi's will reserve the right to accept or refuse items returned after 30 days. If a return is authorized and accepted after 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.
In the event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect items or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.
If a package is returned to us as "Unclaimed" or if delivery is refused, a refund less a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be issued to the buyer once the package is received by us.

We ask that you carefully pack your return so delicate items will not be damaged in transit. Molded and padded cups must be shipped in a box to ensure eligibility for return.

For returns valued at $100 or more, we recommend adding insurance to the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to guarantee your refund.


Please bring the packing slip and the merchandise to any sales associate in our store. Credit will be given to the original form of payment.


To exchange an item, please list the new item that you would like on the packing slip and include the form in your return package. If the replacement item is no longer available, a credit will be issued to the card used for purchase, and an email will be sent to notify you of the refund. Heidi's will pay for the re-shipping cost of exchanged merchandise.

If you need to cancel your order and shipping has already been confirmed with a label, a refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. If you cancel your order before shipment is confirmed, we will refund your order in full.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
